I have a new laptop and can't access my office products.
A friend of mine gave me one of his Microsoft 365 licenses (?) Provided by the university about 3 years ago. I don't remember how I downloaded this, but it worked even when I paired it with my email.
Now, on my new laptop, I somehow can't access it. It only shows me one of my older subscriptions from 2017 and can no longer use Word & Co.
How can I fix this? Somehow it has to be possible because my email address is linked to Word & Co.
Then this license was probably not for you.
But to the university…
Probably had to buy a license.
