I'm looking for a cheap laptop, where I can do the following:
Office work, video editing and image editing, drawing with graphics tablet
maximum 300 euro, that's my current budget ^^
For 300 euro, you just get a good laptop for office. You can't gamble with that though.

What exactly do you want to gamble? Minecraft and CsGo etc. Can you gamble already possibly with 300 euro, more is there but not in it.

Video editing and rendering is one of the most demanding tasks of a PC or notebook. Such tasks you can forget about the price range.
I would recommend you for under 300 euro a good office notebook and then you save about 500 euro again and have at home a PC with good performance to edit videos.
Alternatively, you can get a used MacBook for 600 euro, which also have video editing programs which are optimized for performance.
But 300 euro for DV editing? Forget it…
300 euro are really too few. Notebooksbilliger.de has always really good offers in my experience. Known also cutting Viedos, Lenovo first got there for 460 euro. Vllt times on ebayKleinanzeigen for used search. But 300 euro are already hard…
