Replacement for Macbook Air 13 - up to a maximum of 1000?

Hi, my Macbook Air 2014 is starting to look very old-fashioned and I want to switch to a Windows device. Something would be great with a reasonably good battery, maximum 15 inches and good workmanship. I don't necessarily have to be able to gamble with it, but I would like a noticeable increase (shouldn't be difficult with the age of my Macbook?). By increasing I mean above all much more memory, but as an SSD and possibly more RAM. I think at least 8GB. Graphics card, I'm not sure whether a dedicated one is necessary. In general, it seems to me that Dell and Lenovo Thinkpads are of very high quality, although I'm not quite sure whether this only affects the case or keyboard and display.

I'm thankfull for every opinion.

Price up to a maximum of 1000, but also good if it is much cheaper.

I'm very insecure, I already have some that I like, maybe someone can recommend one.

So far I have the Acer Aspire 5 15 inch

HP Pavilon 14ce3040

Dell Inspiron 14 3480

but also the Dell Inspiron 5000 and 7000

Maybe someone has another suggestion? I'm very awkward with the huge selection… The Acer seems to me the best of the specs, but I'm a little afraid that it is very poor quality, unlike my Macbook…

I know a lot of confused thoughts!

Addendum: it seems super to me: https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/...4ng+477561

I'd rather be a little cheaper towards acer or dell…

Ma

This one has 1tb ssd memory 16gb ram and a really fat processor

the part is really worth the money

if you want to gamble this would be great too

An

Thank you, optically both are not mine…

Ma

How should they look.

An

I like the simple Thinkpads and Dells just somehow I have no view of the specs and whether I notice an upgrade to the Macbook etc… In terms of performance, would it be mega oda? HP Pavilion 15-cs1104ng 15.6 "FHD IPS, Intel i7-8565U

An

But is also a lot of money and think if a simpler Dell or Thinkpad or not what there's could be enough…

Ma

Well this PAvilion will be a leap in performance from your MAc but it has a processor from 2 generations ago but if you want it to look simple.

It looks good, even from the specs! This one is not so good in your opinion now? And what do you think of the Acer Aspire https://www.universal.at/p/acer-a515-54g-50f2-notebook-39-62-cm-15-6-zoll-intel-core-i5-1000-gb-ssd/AKLBB1000033796#sku=9061843941-0-1000033796&ref=mba&nav-i=1&nav-q=acer&nav-f=bWluUHJpY2U9MCZtYXhQcmljZT0w&nav-p=T0

This Acer probably has better graphics or a dedicated card, but worse battery and probably worse?

An

And what do you think of dell and the lenovo thinkpads?

Ma

Depends on which are many

a link would be very nice

Ma

The acer also only has a quad core (4 cores and only 8GB ram, which sometimes reach their limits today)

Ma

Yes the 2nd would be quite good but it has only 8GB ram and only a 256GB SSD

the graphics card is of some interest to such notebooks uh not because they are not suitable for gaming with laptops i would currently only use AMD or Ryten

An

Phew… Somehow i'm not getting smarter, so graphics card doesn't really matter?

Ma

Well you will not want to gamble with the laptop or if so what?

how about that?

Ma

Yes that would be good but can't offer what you get with a ryzen in the price range

An

No, don't gamble! I mean it would be cool if you could play a few games, but I actually have a console for that. I just want a good workmanship, battery and liquid can work for at least 5 years. Think that roughly outlines it
