I got the LG 49NANO816NA and if I set the resolution of the TV to 4K on my laptop, I can only bring 30Hz, with Full HD TVs resolution up to 120Hz, I have an extra high speed up to 8k HDMI cable I don't know exactly whether I have to set the HDMI in the TV to the newer HDMI cable, I can't find a setting, could someone help me how I can connect my TV to my laptop and run 4k at 100 or 120Hz can leave?

I got myself an HDMI 2.1, it is also connected to the HDMI 2.1 port on the television, but nothing has changed on my laptop, I still can't select more than 30Hz, I think it's more my laptop, right?
