Why is not my graphics card on the E-GPU?

Hello today I connected my 1050 Ti to the EXP GDC V8.0. And this also connected to a power adapter. I then connected an HDMI to NGFF to the EXP GDC. Where I've adjusted everything to YouTube video, the 1050 Ti was also recognized and drivers I could install, but more then not synonymous.

I connected the video card to my monitor, but it did not matter. The fans only moved at a very low speed. Is it on the graphics card or laptop, have it already connected to my Zweitlaptop. It did not work either.

PS: I have the Lenovo IdeaPad 300-17ISK with 12GB Ram and the I5-6200U
