Clean erase of an M2 SSD (system hard drive)?

I have a laptop with an M2 SSD and would like to sell it. I can't remove the system hard drive and I have to format it so that the data can't be restored.

I can hardly start a program for clean erase on the system hard drive…

I have already read that this might be possible in the bios?

You look for the program of your choice (of course a bootable version), pull it onto a stick, connect it, boot via the USB stick (change the boot sequence in the BIOS) and then select the storage medium that you want to have clean.

Just search for programs on Google. If you want to be absolutely sure, look for a program that writes the whole record "full" once or twice and makes it "empty" again
