Tablet mode Photoshop cc with touch pen?

I recently got a small laptop with a touchscreen and wanted to know if it was possible.

Is it possible to switch to a tablet mode with Photoshop cc so that you can edit the pictures with a touch pen.

With illustration there's the "touch" function, but not with Photoshop.

Is it even possible?

I have a small notebook with a touchscreen and tablet function for traveling, with a Windows 10 Pro operating system.

If the laptop supports a pen, there's no need to switch to tablet mode.

After all, you are simply simulating the movement of the mouse with the pen. When I retouch in Photoshop with my Wacom graphics tablet, I only simulate the mouse with pen on the graphics tablet.

Photoshop doesn't care whether you do this externally or directly on the screen. So you can just get started right away.
