Looking for a touch monitor tablet for PC?

But I would like to know if there's a kind of tablet / screen with touch function / or what this device is called.

I have a pretty good PC, on which I use programs like Photoshop and Sony Vegas quite often, but I would rather use a kind of tablet using touch / with a "pen". Another option would be to buy a corresponding notebook / tablet PC for my purposes, but the price would be quite high there. (If you can recommend something that is suitable for video editing, I would look forward to)

PS: The device should be "handy" and not only connectable via Bluetooth.

Question: What should I look for best to find the device described, or can you recommend a special device if necessary?
