Razer not working?

I had Razer on a laptop. I have now switched to an (older) Windows 7 tower but I can't install Razer. What could be the reason?

Okay, sorry about that back and forth. I did some research on the Internet, but really didn't find anything useful on Anhib. Somehow it seems to be a problem with Windows 7, which no longer exists in Windows 10. However, I have found an answer that doesn't sound helpful, but which you can just try out. Try to rename the installation file once and then run it again. In a pinch, just ask Razer support.
