Return due to dissatisfaction?

Long story short:

I got a laptop home, I gave it back after several problems, then I had this model for a similar exchange.

The "new" model is sold to me quite expensive, for example, to have cheaper online, for me personally, the touchpad is slightly harder to squeeze than its predecessor, the sound hung twice short - the cause of which I have not until today found, the model seems to be a bit outdated version and the ventilation is already very loud in a single open tab.

Question:

Can I just return the laptop for the reason that I'm dissatisfied, or do I have too high demands on a laptop?

I already did it at Saturn.

Put it back and pack it again.

With luck, they will take the laptop back.

As it sounds, you depend on the trader's goodwill. But at Media Markt & Saturn I do not see any great chances, as a Heckmeck is already made, if one has only opened the article and everything except the Tesastreifen is in order. Just ask.

Purely legally you have no claims to return since you have no right of withdrawal. But if you have problems then it looks different. You can then withdraw from contract after three unsuccessful repairs. However, since you have already exchanged the laptop for some problems, I do not know exactly if and how it affects the positive.
