I have ordered a Betuteil from an online shop that is almost nowhere to be tied. The goods have been delivered from China for better or worse… Unfortunately not researched beforehand.
The shop is called Elektroonlinestore
I ordered the power supply to get my apparently broken laptop going again (can't be switched on, thought it was due to the NT) but nothing happens.
I want to send it back now.
The shipping costs to China are almost 47euro?! On request in broken English there was only the return address, no label, nothing.
The power supply itself cost 49.80eur.
Should i send it away? Can I claim the return costs or is there no reimbursement to be expected?
What is a "binding bag"?

Of course not; that's the risk of buying in China.

Can you forget, your Chinese seller will definitely not reimburse you, and a German seller would not have to do that either.
Excuse me, typed too fast and didn't read over it xD
* PSU nowhere to be found
It would be better to sell the NT on ebay.
If you send it back according to the revocation law, you will bear the shipping costs.
However, if it is a material defect, i.e. The part is defective, the seller must bear the costs or decide that you can dispose of it directly.
That's the meaning and purpose. It's just not worth sending something back there. But it should have been known for a long time.
Giving the laptop here for repair might be cheaper.

Don't generalize like that, they are usually quite cooperative
But not with such high sums, at some point even the Chinese will lose their smile.
Had wanted to send something back with 43 euro. After a long back and forth I only had to pay 4 euro return
D. H. If it is broken, is there a refund?
Unfortunately, the invoice is with a person with whom I have no longer any contact…: / Guarantee has expired anyway, it's almost 2.5 years. Old. In spite of this, I would like to have the Lappi repaired or at least checked, cheaper and more thoughtful than a new one
It depends on how big and heavy the component is, I can compare shipping costs for you with TNT, UPS, etc., they are often cheaper.
Here's a little trick: If you paid via PayPal, you can have PayPal reimbursed shipping costs up to 12 times a year. This goes up to 25 euro per application. Simply click on the transaction and it says "Register for free returns".
Regarding your question: You can't claim the return costs from the dealer, that would not even work with a German dealer.
Thank you very much for the tip! I didn't know that before or there was never such a return amount.
The cost differences are pretty marginal.
Payment was made via PP, yes! I will now try that via PayPal!
The shipping company determines the shipping costs. They are not negotiable. Especially not with the recipient.
Correct.
And I just say paypal.com, FedEx and UPS and proof of delivery.
But we both probably have no idea. 😉
Sell that yourself and then buy something that fits the plug. Many notebooks have around 19V. That should be on the bottom of yours. Models from the same manufacturer often have the same connector.
The V must then be correct for the power supply unit, W is absolutely irrelevant, whether 1W or 1000W.
Gladly, but remember that it only goes up to 25 euro and you have to upload the postage invoice and a photo of the shipment, where you can see the parcel label with the shipment number.
Incidentally, I would also be happy about a star.
That's how it will be ;-)
You brain, that's the right thing -.- I'm not that stupid
Have read me! In any case, better than not getting anything.
Well, uploading the documents is the easiest thing you can do!
Since it is the only thing that is helpful, you will be happy to receive it!
Check if it has output voltage before buying a new one.
