Hyho,
my PC restarts when I shut down and that's really annoying.
Strangely enough, if the power fails, I can experience normal for 1 - 2 months.
Currently I have to wait for it to start up and then switch it off using the start button. (because my headset has to charge and the charging station does not work during the booting process)
I tried to activate the automatic restart in the advanced system settings and checked the cmd windows.
But it didn't work and an article says that it would go into quiet mode.
But that's not true because it shows me the data when I start and I could even go to the bios. So it boots up as normal.
I can't imagine that it is because of the pc because I had the same problem with my laptop.
Updates.
I find it very questionable why this topic has "sex" as a tag xD
Well I don't know the exact problem but as already said updates could be a bug. If Windows is strange for me, I do an update. My last update was almost 2 years ago

Make the BIOS update Which was the case with my PC (note the safety instructions in the instructions!) & Update all drivers manually…

or malware infection… Which may not have been found
or BUG in Windows thanks to updates
For me it was a bug caused by the Windows quick start… Often happens.
How to turn it off:

I think it is due to windows updates ^^ when I got the pc everything was normal xD

Yes, probably, but unfortunately Windows is also updating the BIOS more and more often without being asked (mostly with laptops & large PC manufacturers such as Dell), and the PC must not be turned off…
Have a self-made pc can't tell you exactly because it's free and my laptop is from ChiliGreen
