Why does Windows Explorer restart on right clicks?

I recently had the problem that I can't right-click on any of the icons in the left bar (where there's quick access etc.). Every time I right click, the whole Windows Explorer stops for a few seconds, everything turns black and it restarts itself. So no complete restart of the computer, only the Explorer restarts. And every time I right-click in this bar, normal clicks with the left mouse button work normally.

Previously I had this problem with a 650 euro laptop, now I have a gaming laptop that costs over 2,000 euro and it happens again. I didn't have this problem for the first few months. Does this have anything to do with performance?

It was only solved by the next Windows update
