Under system information
In the device manager you can find some information about your device in terms of hardware. From Windows 8, just press the Windows key + X and open the device manager via the menu. Alternatively, search for the device manager using the Windows search.
Alternatively, you can google for your notebook model. If you do not know the exact model name, then open the command prompt (cmd) and enter the command systeminfo there. A little further up you can then see the model name under "System model".
