I have a 4-year-old smartphone from Samsung and my storage space is constantly full or almost full. Even if I drag my pictures onto the laptop and delete them on the cell phone. I also deleted my entire chat history on WhatsApp. I also permanently delete cached data. I can't download a deep cleaner app because I don't have enough memory. What else can I do? I realize that this is also due to age. Nevertheless, I would like to keep my cell phone as long as possible.
Look through your apps. You don't really need many, install them once and never use them. Some apps are quite memory-guzzling.
If it no longer works, simply reset to factory settings
Go to the app settings then memory and then delete the cache there from the apps. If you use YouTube on your cell phone, it always makes a lot of cache.
