Get starter kit from Telekom. My GB are used up. I received a code but can't redeem it with my cell phone or laptop. Got Vodafone card. According to customer service, it should also work with another provider, but whenever I try to charge with a cellular network, I get this answer. (in the picture)

For 2 days you have not been able to solve my problem and you only seem to hold me up if that is true, that you can't recharge with another provider!
I don't think that has anything to do with Bock, but rather that there's a misunderstanding here.
The home quick start has 30 GB data volume on delivery, which is free of charge and is valid for 90 days. Then you can book paid packages, or you can get more data from us in the form of a voucher code.
We do that e.g. If a landline connection has failed and the repair takes longer, or it takes longer to deploy or move.
However, the device can only be operated with a Telekom SIM card.
It doesn't matter which provider your cell phone is with. The quick start at home provides a Wi-Fi network for all devices. The password required to connect can be found on the back.
I received a code. But if I want to go to the Telekom.pass site with my cell phone from another provider, this message comes up (see picture). I have 0 GB and I just can't fill it up with the code. And the above said that you can't do it with another provider, the device is from Telekom. And I've been getting the same message for days.
You must first establish a WLAN connection to the quick start router with the third-party device (regardless of which provider). And then on pass.telekom.de and enter the code there. Finished.
How in the three Teufels names should one connect to the quick starter kit with the cell phone that has the sim from Vodafone?!
