Magenta Cloud: Sync.db can't delete?

My Magenta Cloud stops syncing after purchasing a new laptop and I'm told to delete the Sync.db file. However, this does not work with the message: "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Magenta Cloud.App Close the file and try again".

Exactly this is the problem, I'm currently not registered with mobile phone or PC with the Magenta Cloud.

Does anyone have an idea how I get the sync.db deleted anyway

Please try this solution:

Click on the MagentaCloud in the lower right corner and select the item "Logout".

Set hidden files and folders to be displayed and open the folder "\ AppData \ Local \ MagentaCLOUD \ DATA \". There you will find a folder with a number series. Open this please.

Delete the file "sync.db" and log in to MagentaCloud again.

If the service still does not synchronize, open the directory.

Search here for a folder or a file with a red "X".

If a file has this red "X", the file name may be too long. Or there's a conflict with an older file.

However, if a folder has an "X", it may be too deep. Drag it to the main directory of your MagentaCloud.
