What did I set wrong there?

I just tried to optimize my laptop. Apparently I made a mistake in the process. The writing is no longer sharp, my basic settings have also changed.

Here's an example:

I also have the problem that I can no longer scroll up and down with the mouse pad, but always have to go to the right bar.

Unfortunately, I've changed so many things that I don't know what exactly I could have changed.

Does anyone of you know that by any chance?

Try it…: Win + R, start systempropertiesadvanced. There under performance on settings, then refine [x] edges of the screen fonts.

There's also the ClearType Tuning Wizard: Win + R, enter cttune. The rest is self-explanatory.
