Laptop camera everything extremely white?

I tested the laptop camera for the first time and it's mega funny. In itself it works, only it is as if a "white" filter was placed on it. Everything is mega white, which is really not the case. Can you change that?

Clean the camera and close your private browser window.

What do you mean by private browser window? And what is the best way to clean it?
