Suddenly I can no longer connect my mobile phone and tablet to the laptop. The battery is charging, but no message appears asking whether I want to transfer data, and the tablet is not displayed on the PC either.
Anyone have an idea?
Try plugging it in again, the device usually asks whether you just want to charge or whether data should also be transferred
Oh if both don't work try a different USB socket, but maybe a wire in your cable is broken
