Laptop Sound is still humming?

I had the problem more often but I always forget how to fix it. While I watch a video, it happens that every few seconds for half a second so funny and that disturbs the sound of the videos. That sounds right too… Oaths and annoying just animal.
Can someone help me please? I just remember that it was something with device drivers.

Will probably be the hard drive that moves inside Mechschan again and again.
