Glasses for reading and PC?

Are there any glasses that you can wear while reading or in front of your cell phone / laptop? I'm very often on the phone and on the laptop and this can't be avoided for professional reasons. I have no low vision or problems, just a headache from time to time and I want that to stay that way (headaches may go away haha)

Can someone recommend something, so I have no problems in the future?

Headaches usually come with screen work mostly due to wrong attitude. And that usually comes from the fact that the monitor was placed incorrectly on the desk or because the display is wrong or the laptop.

If it's actually eye pain, you should think about blue filters. This is done by glasses, filters or even by setting the monitor itself.
