Screenshots via Amazon Video (laptop)?

The following problem: every time I try to take a screenshot I get a black screen pressed, I've already tried it on Chrome and Edge, both have the same problem

I need the screenshots for references and since this is not available anywhere else, I have to rely on somehow sorting out the problem… I hope someone can help me.

Not possible, because this is to prevent people from filming the films and series. The most you can do is look for the video on an illegal streaming site and take a screenshot from there
