Can't transfer pictures from mobile phone to laptop?

Hi, and I would like to transfer my pictures from the Iphone to my laptop, but they are not recognized or not displayed on the laptop, so I can't transfer them. Does anyone know why and how can I change this?

There can be several reasons for this. Spontaneously I would think that the cable may not be suitable for data transmission, did you check that? Permissions for data transmission via the iPhone may also have to be granted!

Try iTunes… Load it on your laptop and connect the iPhone again

But to be honest it is a better solution to get something with Android than to use an old iPhone

Here's how it works: First install the iCloud app on the iPhone. Then log in there with your Apple ID.

Then install the iCloud client for Windows on the laptop: https://support.apple.com/...e/HT204283 Then log in with the Apple ID.

Now you can exchange data between iPhone and laptop. You can do this using drag & drop. The whole works via WLAN.
