Film Wanted Doesn't Know Names?

Hey I'm looking for a film of which I saw the first part, but I've forgotten the title and can't find it anymore. Therefore I need help 😅 action: children and adolescents are tested for intelligence in this country / city. I think once a year until the age of 16 or so. And it's a test on the laptop. Those who do not exist with a certain percentage number ' die ''. Those who made it can go on living with parents and such. So the government wants to make the world only intelligent.

A girl and a boy play in it. The tests are manipulated because the girl would have passed it. But not now. (Girl also has a younger sister if it helps)

Then falls in love with the boy.
