Screen is 100% correctly scaled to 16 to 9 tested with borusch 4k test pictures which are standardized and unadulterated and when displaying only one screen is displayed that has struck me until now on every screen of mine and also on my friend's laptop
The curser is actually just a punk inside the screen. The arrow is just a graphic symbol to mark this point and can theoretically be exchanged arbitrarily (eg crosshairs). THEN the arrow itself THEN still (something) sees, if the arrow would actually be outside of the screen, this cursor point is not exactly at the top, but is a bit indented!
So you can still see the top of the top, even if most of it disappears below or to the right!
Because that's just how it is. The mouse never becomes completely invisible, because that makes sense.
As Spikeman197 already said: The mouse cursor position is actually nothing more than a single point (pixel), which is slightly decorated for reasons of clarity.
What's more, the image showing the cursor position still has a small property called "hotspot". This is an X / Y statement that describes which pixel in the image should be at the cursor position.
This "hotspot" may e.g. Also in the middle of the image are (crosshair cursor), but can also be e.g. In the case of an arrow cursor, lie a few pixels within the arrowhead.
Now if the "hotspot" is 3 pixels to the right of the visible edge of the picture, then these 3 pixels (+ one for the "hotspot") still protrude when the cursor is 0 pixels away from the right edge of the screen.
One could e.g. Also take a cursor graphic in the form of a solid circle, whose "hotspot" is in the middle of the circle, then in each corner of the screen (pretty) exactly one circle of the circle protrudes, while the rest lies "hidden".
But you could also take an arrow-shaped cursor graphic, in which the "hotspot" in a pixel with 100% transparency slightly outside the arrow graphics. In that case, the cursor graphics on the right and below disappear completely.
Have you ever tested you're right thank you have already hate something is not scaled properly and therefore the mouse sticks out so have everything tested extra with test pictures now I know that it is normal
