I've tried everything I can.
Charge speakers
Switch on loudspeaker
Switch the loudspeaker to visible (as a rule, any button must be pressed until an LED flashes)
Check whether your laptop finds other Bluetooth devices (e.g. Your cell phone), if not the Bluetooth chip in the laptop may be broken
Check if you can find your speaker with other devices
If nothing works, you can simply connect most speakers to your laptop with a cable.
