I got used a laptop from a friend. Now I have reset it to use it. However, the laptop does not run smoothly. The only place that is difficult is found in the task manager under data storage media. There it is constantly over 80 percent. Unfortunately I don't know what I can do and I hope you can help me here. No programs are running and I have Windows 10 on the laptop.
Install an SSD the thing has a really slow HDD in it, it seems or just an SSD without QLC NAND type rather on HDD
Is it as easy with laptops as it is with pcs?

There are also those which have neither SSD nor HDD but soldered memory chips and that would be more for you.
