At Amazon I only find laptops that cost more than 200 euro. Because minimal costs around 230 euro which does not really offer great performance. So with a laptop I would prefer to grab a minimum of 350 euro.
But can you tell me what doesn't work in the laptop? Maybe if the operating system can no longer find it, simply replace the hard drive, in which you can buy 500GB SSD for 66Euro or even 1TB for 116.90 euro, and then simply replace it, install the operating system on it and your laptop will run again.

In the price range not at all. I would start from 350 euro. I strongly advise against such notebooks of 250 euro. If you absolutely want to, you have to look around the used market.
And even on the used market, a refurbished notebook costs around 300 euro. Seldom is there anything cheaper - and if so, the devices are mercilessly outdated.
