Is this program safe or a virus?

Hi. I have to do programming in school vb.

I found that there's a design manager with whom you have better designs.

I hope for my design to get a good touch, wanted to do that as ha, however, I do not want to run on the laptop because I'm afraid it's a virus.

You can either reverse engineer, otherwise parse the code or run a virus scanner, such as a virus scanner. Use Virustotal:
