2.1 Ram Reserved, Why?

I have a laptop from HP which actually has 8 Ram, but of which I can only use 5.93 GB RAM, which leads to the fact that some games run quite unstably and I can't run many programs at the same time. I heard that it is due to the onboard graphics card, but it is already switched off, but is still reserved for the system via 2Ram, which in my opinion is far too much, a buddy just uses 88mb for his PC. I have already removed a ram bar, then weirdly only reserve 500mb which is also a lot. Drivers are all up-to-date, but how do I turn this off, Bios unfortunately does not help either, there are almost no settings there, because laptop. Please help, 6 ram is far too little for many things.

Yes, your laptop does not have a dedicated graphics card, which is why the graphics card that sits on the APU branches video memory from your RAM.

This is the RAM you lack.

But I have a dedicated graphics card, it can't be that. As I said onboard grafikkartr is switched off.

Aha, what do you supposedly have for a graphics card?
