What kind of digital pen is worthwhile in my case?

I need a digital pen for my new HP Pavilion x360.

Now the question arises which kind of pen is the most meaningful for me.

Either

- a normal pen; only for the screen

or

- a digital pen with which you can write in school etc.

I would like to spend a maximum of 80 euro for the pen.

I mostly use the notebook at school or I'm traveling a lot with it.
