What kind of digital pen is worthwhile in my case? Gi Giancarlo

I wanted to ask if there are cheaper and working variants for a digital pen in contrast to the "Lenovo Active Pen 2". So far I have only found that the Lenovo pen fits, and no other pen is compatible.
It is an "IdeaPad C340-14API" from Lenovo.
Personally, I think the proud price of almost 60 euro on Amazon is exaggerated.
Are there cheaper, working variants? (Link would be good)
Second question:
The touchscreen does not respond to fingers or touch inputs. Does the laptop have something or did I make a mistake? If so, how can I use it?
As for the pen: you have to know what technology is behind it. Finger inputs: if that doesn't work, then there's probably something wrong or even broken.
