I get advanced options all the time when I want to start my laptop?

When I want to start my laptop, the first thing is automatic repair is being prepared and then there are advanced options (see picture)

My question is what exactly do I have to press so that I can use my laptop again

Click on "Command Prompt", then type "win" without quotation marks and press Return.

For me it says '' the command win is either misspelled or could not be found

Oh sorry, thought "win" could start the Windows graphical user interface.
