I have a big problem with my laptop. About 2 weeks ago, I switched on my laptop and it worked fine until it started to hook and the screen was frozen. I turned it off and then turned it on, but then came the message "Automatic repair is performed" and a few seconds later the message "Your PC was not started correctly" I had the choice under Restart or Advanced Options. I started it again but it came again the same message. Then I looked at advanced features, there are the options "Exit and continue with Windows 8.1", "Use a device", "Refresh PC, reset to original position or use advanced tools" and "Turn off PC" I've tried everything except the "Reset to original position" option. None of this worked and I'm afraid that if I reset the laptop to its original position everything on the laptop is gone. There are really many memories (pictures, videos, etc.) saved and I do not want to lose.
Can someone help me?
The settings have nothing to do with your files in my opinion. All settings made on the device will only be made as they were at the beginning.
If it were there that you can reset the laptop, everything would be lost and the laptop would be like you bought it again.
