When I connected my Bluetooth box to my laptop to listen to music a few weeks ago, the connection simply went away. After that I somehow no longer had a Bluetooth device on my laptop. I then downloaded another Bluetooth driver from HP (I have an HP laptop). A little later, when I heard about Bluetooth headphones, the sound was pretty bad. So much worse than when I listen to my cell phone. I have already searched for new drivers in the device manager, but found nothing.
Can I download a better driver somewhere? On the Teufel website (I have a Teufel Aureol Real NC headphone) I don't find any. Googling has so far been unsuccessful. I have an HP Envy x360 laptop.
No you can't, you have to take the right one.
But why is this sound so much worse on a PC than on a cell phone?
That's because of the boxes or the audio card in the PC, I say now.
