Hp Omen laptop charges all the time when booting what to do?

I only have the problem today.

I bought the laptop about 5 years ago and it doesn't start up anymore but is charging practically all the time as if it were starting up.

I'm curious if it starts and behaves normally. If so, you can still call up the status of the hard drive with Crystal Disk Info.
