Turning the notebook over is harmful?

Is it harmful to the joints of the notebook if you constantly turn it 180 degrees to use it as a tablet?

(Example: Hp Pavilion x360)

-Thank you

If you don't do it too quickly, and not somewhere on the edge, but don't grab with both hands on the outside or with one in the middle.

Everything wears out at some point, especially mechanical elements. I would assume that very frequent use of the flip function would break the joints provided for it more quickly.

No, if you don't leave it that way. It is wearisome to constantly change the notebook, as this wears out the hinges.

Wear is when you put wear and tear on parts.
For example, every moving part is called like the hinges.
Or the permanent tension of the processors, but you can't spare them (or makes no sense) and the service life is usually very long.

The internal hardware doesn't care.
Perhaps an HDD could possibly have something against it, but if none is installed, then there are actually only fans that contain moving parts - if the thing is actively cooled.

There will of course be wear and tear on the joints. However, it has to be said that these devices were made for exactly that purpose.
