Amd A10 processor too slow?

My laptop from Hp has an Amd A10-8700P that only clocks at 600mhz and in games the loading times are really long what can I do that it clocks faster up to 2ghz

The processor clock is set automatically depending on the required performance

When i play fortnite it should use all its power
