My online studies started and we use ZOOM for the lecture
Now I have the problem that my lecture video hangs completely behind and stops for a short time every 10 seconds and the last words are dropped in the audio
in addition, it is often indicated that my connection is unstable
At first I thought that this was due to my internet and then I was with someone at home with really good internet, but I still got this problem.
Now I assume that it is actually due to my laptop
I have a HP 17-ca1xxx laptop that is relatively new from the beginning of this year
would be nice if someone could help me and maybe solve the problem!
Can you turn down the quality of the video?
or look in the task manager how much your hardware is being used
It is more likely to have more to do with your internet than your hardware, so how well your laptop receives the internet
Task manager shows me the zoom has a high power consumption but the result changes continuously, CPU can display up to 40%. Is there a way to change or reduce that?
Is there any way to change this?
Close other programs. So background processes. Updates for example
Nothing can be done with your laptop information.
But try it with a LAN connection. - There's nothing more stable.
Such a LAN connection cable does not cost the world.
