Zoom Error Code 1132?

Hi, I always get the error "1132" with Zoom (when registering and when joining).

And: Yes, I've restarted Zoom before.
And: yes, the laptop is connected to the internet.

Aso yes then reinstallation would be a possibility or just use the web version
