Sims 4 jerks after installing it on a new laptop?

Hay, I have Origin and Sims 4 installed on my new laptop and have no cc on it. When I opened it, everything was stuttering, even though I have low graphics settings. Can someone help me?

You probably still have a too bad graphics card that does not hold the game or other things that fit net times you times the minimum and recommended requirements by vllt your laptop just does not fit

I thought so first and have looked. The requirements are all met except Intel Core i5, because I have intel Core i3. But my old laptop did that too and it worked there.
