Black spots on the PC screen?

I've been given the old laptop from my grandfather since homeschooling, and something must have fallen on it or something, at least there are now such small black spots on the screen… How do I get rid of them?

It depends on what kind of stain you mean.

Dirt stain → glass cleaner.

Dead Pixel → Switch Screen.

Yes, I mean dead pixels

Have to replace the display.

I don't know of any other way to remove a dead pixel.
