You can play all Play Store games on the laptop with Bluestack.
First download Bluestack.

Counter to http://www.roblox.com
Make an account
Find a game
Press play
Follow the directions
In the Google Play Store, Apple Store… Search for roblox
Click on the real roblox
Download
When it is downloaded create an acc or log in when you have one
Buy Robux if you want or just design your avatar
Play!
I did that and it says installed, but it's still not on it.
