Try to connect my phone to the laptop for hours. It also seems to have worked somehow, but I can't send any data from the laptop to the phone… Both are connected, and also connected.
Have a elephone P8 mini and on the PC Windows 10.
On the phone is pairing ok connected to laptop…
And on the laptop is also that I'm connected to P8 mini… So everything should be ok? ; _;
Then, such a pointless little window has opened, it looks like a Windows player player… But since I can't send any data… And can't press synonymous… Meaningless.
Hope I could describe it to some extent… I'm very technically noob.

I have also experienced several times, bluetooth is too data transmission too unstable or unreliable. Only in the car with the hands-free works perfectly.
If both devices are close to each other anyway, use the USB cable, which is still completely problem-free.
