Laptop touchscreen not working because of old driver?

I have a toshiba satellite m50dt-a-103

Since I updated to windows 10 a few years ago, my touchscreen on the laptop has stopped working. I tried to download the driver from toshiba treiber, but it breaks at 50 percent and starts all over again because I have the driver for Windows 8 because it no longer exists in windows 10 does anyone know what else I can do?
