I'm a bit perplexed. I will soon get a laptop for my apprenticeship that also has a touchscreen. I only need it for school (digital school books, notes with touchscreen) and now and then for home office. Now it is the case that I also want to use it for Sims 3 and possibly also for Sims 4. I like to play Sims 3 with extensions, I have all of them. I'm aware that I will not be able to play with all of the extensions at the same time.
However, I'm currently looking for something and I simply can't find anything because it looks generally bad for laptops and Sims. Can someone help me? A laptop that has a touchscreen and can handle Sims 3 with the medium graphics settings? Checked out the Surface Pro and Lenovo Yoga range, but I'm still undecided, mostly because of ledges.
As long as Windows is on there I see no problem. https://praxistipps.chip.de/...m-pc_33821
These thin touch laptops mostly don't have a usable graphics card, so it could be difficult with games.
It is easy!
What can you or shouldn't you take?!
INTEL with iGPU! (Exception IRIS pro)
With such a graphics chip (especially SIMS 4 with CCs + Mods) is no fun.
Even if the system requirements suggest something else.
So there's only one system with AMD Ryzen 3 as a minimum or another system with at least NVIDIA MX130
Thank you so much! https://www.interdiscount.ch/de/computer-gaming/notebooks/notebooks--c511000/microsoft-surface-pro-7-12-3-intel-core-i5-8-gb-ram-128-gb-ssd--p0001901119 This one has an IRIS graphics card, how would it be? Can you help me with that?
INTEL has a very modest graphics driver support. Really bad.
BUT yes, you can take it.
