If you only use Word and the Internet?
The question is very general. I guess you know very little.
Do you just need something like Word or do you want to do something else?
Just word for home office and the internet.
If you mean the ram with gb easily enough 8-16 for word and the like.
Then a 128 GB HDD is completely sufficient if you really only want Office and a browser. Windows also takes a good piece of the cake.
In terms of RAM or hard drive?
RAM → 8GB
Hard disk → 128GB, better 256GB SSD for storing files
