When I reseted my laptop and started my laptop today, there was always a blue screen and it said your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. Then I just restarted my laptop 100 times and every time I got a blue screen I couldn't even log on.
"Never touch a running system!" - Do you know this wisdom?
Why did you reset your laptop? Undo the change and your laptop will work again! HOW? (I hope we're talking about a Windows laptop):
Hold down the F8 key at restart and then select the option "LAST CONFIGURATION KNOWN TO WORK"
If it does not start, repeat the restart and this time select "Safe Mode" and try "System Restore"
If that doesn't work, start the laptop with your Windows installation medium (DVD, stick, external drive) and use the "Computer Start Repair"
If that doesn't help either, upload your last system backup
If you don't have one, format your system partition and reinstall Windows!
