My PC doesn't start properly after a crash, what should I do?

Help, today my laptop crashed, then I just restarted it, but I only get a black screen with charging points. But when I move the mouse, it is shown to me, which normally does not happen during the loading process.

Sometimes I can log in somehow but then everything is frozen. The worst thing is there's data on it that will be urgently needed in the next few days, what should I do?
